Reclaiming Your Spirit

Today we would like to speak on the state of being mankind has fallen into.

There is a great deal of emotional and spiritual deficit. The true plaques that are destroying the fabric of man is the greed, lust, anger, envy, and fear. Total loss of trust and compassion has taken over so many individuals which equate to “Loss of Self”.

You are a soul here to create a life of human beauty and joy not get caught in fear and worry. The collective fear and loss of trust has become a giant energy of mental anguish that is spewing forth all sorts of economical and natural losses by the moment. For so within so without.

We can not change the world until we change our inner conflict or struggles. Each person can make a very real difference in their family, community, city or even country by radiating forth, from a genuine inner peace, LOVE, COMPASSION, SMILES or any other goodness that the moment calls for.

Kindness begins within toward oneself. Pay attention to your inner talking, that is the genesis of change. The relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship in your life. That will dictate how successful all your other relationships will be.

When you find yourself in a place of fear or general struggles step back and ask yourself two questions.
1. Can I change this situation or outcome...YES.....So why worry
2. Can I change this situation or outcome...NO.....SO why worry

Life will be. Let life unfold in it’s own divine way and let yourself bloom regardless of any external influences. Life is all about ebb and flow, yin and yang and maintaining contentment, relaxation, and harmony in your body, mind and spirit. Living this was will truly reshape mankind. Each moment of your life is a treasure chest of opportunity, you just need to get busy in finding that opportunity, you may just find your true self.
